Veronica R.S. Bauer is a Principal of Bauer Newman and Mathura PLLC. She began her practice in Hartford, Connecticut in 1994 and transferred to Palm Beach, Florida in 1997. She focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning, probate and trust administration, wealth preservation, charitable planning and domicile. She represents clients in Florida, Connecticut and New York.

Veronica assists clients in achieving their estate planning goals through a comprehensive analysis that considers the estate, gift and income tax consequences of various estate planning techniques, as well as their practicality. She advises individuals, families and fiduciaries regarding all aspects of estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning and fiduciary income taxation.

She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates (2004 – Present), and is AV Rated 5/5 by Martindale Hubbell. During law school, Veronica was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in her Wills class.

Veronica is a founding and current Board member of the Bilgrav School for Dyslexia in West Palm Beach, Florida. In her free time, Veronica enjoys gardening,sports and traveling.
